How moderation works
- Every submission — suggestion or report — lands in a review queue. Nothing is published automatically.
- A human reviews each prompt against our audience and safety guidelines before it can appear on the site.
- Unsafe content is never published unreviewed, and reported prompts are prioritized in the queue.
- If an unsafe prompt ever slips through, it can be disabled across the whole site quickly while it is re-reviewed.
